How do I mix chicks with ducks

Hello,
So, I have 4 ducks right now and they are about 3 weeks old. I have some baby chickens coming late June so the ducks will be about 6 weeks or so when they come. How do I mex the chicks in with the ducks. Anything special I need to do? I am new to this chicken/duck world and I want to make sure no one gets hurt.

From my experience ducks are much more gentle. That being said I will have my ducks and chicks separated, although within view. I have five chicks with the ducks who will probably miss them.
