how do I post pictuers

I have them uploaded but I can`t figure out how to post them with a message

I go to forum and start new topic or post reply.. Don't minimize page or anything I just go to my bookmarks where I go to photobucket.
Most of my pics are downloaded there using the large size option. Go to IMG below pic. and click and scroll across turning it blue. Now right click and hit copy.
Go back to forum using recent pages button and to download just right click and hit paste...
Now if posting more than 1 pic. be sure to preview first one so as not to lose it all...
I know there is a place on here to read how but this is my simple formula. Hope it helped!
