I'm guessing those who can't post are on Android phone / app??? I have the same issue, but only starting a thread. Go to the top of your screen on the far right & there's a icon that looks like a computer screen. Click on it and it will take you to the "desktop" version. Then there's no issues!! I can reply thru the app & do everything else, just can't start a new topic. Not sure I'd this is an app issue, phone issue, or what.... hope this helps
