How do I properly store eggs for hatching?

How do you properly store eggs for hatching? I heard it is bad if you put them in the refridgerator. How long can you store them? Also what is the best month to hatch eggs?

eggs lose fertility bad after ten days ,,, we only keep fertal eggs 4 days or incubate them shipen eggs alow 2 days for shipping and two days to collect that way theye are only 4 or 5 days old on shiped eggs. also we have a room that stays around 50degrees (cold celler) and we use a egg turnner when storeing just like the ones from the styro phoam incubators
