I had one seperate for about three days and when she went back the others pecked at her and excluded her for a good week. Eventually they got over it but she got demoted down the ladder in the process.
I think I would lock your roosters up and let her back in with the girls so she doesn't go any further down their pecking order. The longer she is separate the harder reintroducing gets. And as fun as a house chicken sounds I'm sure she would be happier long term as part of a flock.
Are you able to put a temporary divider through your run to keep the boys away from the girls of a day? I am guessing they saw her as someone not already part of whoever is top roosters harem and so were all trying to make her theirs and increase their own standing. Let her become property of head rooster and just one of his many girls and hopefully when the other roosters are allowed back in they won't mob her.
