I'm guessing that means no one has anything nice to say.

It could mean a million different things to each person.

This could be posed as real question to others even though I will admit I wasn't being super nice here.... My answer alone, is that I will view something and 80% of the time if I don't respond it's because I think it's ridiculous (don't have anything nice to say.) 20% because I don't have the right skill set or knowledge to be helpful.
