Hi :welcome
Glad you joined the flock. I don't have experience of this turner but my advice would be to have a practice with some eating eggs not the ones you are going to incubate. Can you post a pic of how it says to set the eggs in it. That way it will give a better view of how they will be turned. I don't understand the being rocked small end then fat end?

Here is how I set mine. They are held in dividers and the whole incubator goes back and forth very slowly through 90 degrees.

The eggs are not turned side ways as such.

I get it now I have seen these before. They will be fine as they it are will be just as if hand turning, you incubate with them on their sides. The turner should only move them very slowly. Good luck with the eggs :frow

So you see how in the book the have put them straight up and down instead of how I have them rocking sideways but if I put them how they have them they wont be rotating around just rocking so they will be small side down and them bigger end down... its hard to explain lol

Awesome thanks yorkshire coop have searched far and wide all over the net and couldnt find any help!!! Thanks so much :)
