how do I slow down the growth of a chick????

My girl can;t keep living in my dinning room but she isn;t well enough to fend for herself out in the run full of the others either. I just want her safe.

She didn't have problems walking as far as I could tell. She was very "shy" compared to the other chickens. She avoided fights.
