If his color were the only issue, that would be true, but it's not his only problem. He's fine for 4-h or county fair showing. He's not APA quality.

I'm not talking about the quality of whatever colour he may be. I just wished to clear up that in case there were people reading this thread for information alone.

Birchen is actually a color accepted by the Standard of Perfection in Cochin bantams. I do think he'd be worth showing at county fairs for the fun and experience of it. He may not be perfect but he's handsome.
