I don't think you can - better if they have a lot of space and distractions.

How old are your chickens that are being aggresive? How long have they been together? They do have a pecking order that they have to figure out so they all know who is who. Once it is figured out then they will calm down. If any of them gets open wounds then you need to remove it so they do not get thet the taste for blood.
