How do I stop recieving e-mails?

I am getting a e-mail EVERTIME I post or one of my posts is replied to. How do I stop it? I have looked and just can't figure it out.....

Look at the bottom of the page of the thread you are posting in...click on the "unsubscribe" link.

I wanta be subscribed to these posts so I can easily get back to them here at BYC.....I just don't want to recieve a thousand e-mails telling me I got a message....

(and cause I wrote this I will get yet another e-mail)
