How do I store eggs

How do I store fertilized eggs ( presuming) if I want to hatch them or sell them? And how long are they good for

I’ve read that fertilized eggs are good for about a week before you need to rotate them out. They need to be stored at higher than 40F for sure so I’m. It sure that the fridge will work.
