How do I tell if my chicken is Egg bound?

My production red is somewhat listless today. I did get her to drink some water this evening but couldn't get her to eat anything. She's been in the coop most of the day...seems tired and wants to put her head down. She did have an egg under her but when I checked her vent she kept opening and closing it. Could she possibly have another egg in there? I'm very worried and need some advice.

Yikes, I have NO experience with egg bound hens. Uhm, do a search for eggbound, top right- do the search as one word and two words.
