how do i tell the sex of sebastopols

Sorry to hear about your house burning down. That's just awful. I hope things are getting better for you.

As for sexing.. it's tough. When they were goslings you would have been able to tell. Girls have darker brown on them where the boys are very light colored.

Now that they are bigger you still might have a chance. Their behavior will be a clue. My male has started to run and hiss at anyone and even at the chickens.... lol. He doesn't understand why he does this either. Kind of funny. He's protecting his flock. I have a pair of sebbies, an African and an American Buff. He will make a bit more noise, ok, the African will make as much noise. If they have started mating the females back will get dirty. The male really is never a lone but my girls will wonder on there own. On appearance, it's tough, the boys have thicker necks and head is a bit bigger. Can only tell if they are standing together.

These are behaviors I have noticed so maybe they will help you. I hope this helps you out some.
