How do I them to stop eating there eggs???

Either continue to have your nest box fouled by egg goo all over the rest of the eggs, or cull her. Have you tried putting her on multi vitamins? Try Poultry Nutri drench for a couple of weeks.

Thank you guys for all your help! I found out one of my hens was laying super soft shelled eggs and we she laid it it just broke and like you all said ate only the broken eggs... I don't know what to do with my hen now she has always had problems since we got her..
I have one of these, it's a pain to have to clean nests, but she's like my canary in a coal mine.
Her eggs aren't always so thin/soft that they break in nest(sometimes she drops them n the poop board at night-so I don't have to clean a nest haha!) and I can see some stress and old feed issues affect her more than the others, or at least it's more apparent with what kind if eggs she's laying. But she is definitely at the top of the cull list for stew soon.

I may try some vitamins just for her.

Make sure you collect eggs as quickly as possible after they are laid. You can also try putting in decoy eggs and when they fail trying to eat them, they will probably stop eating their real eggs.
