How do I treat a shocked chicken?

I had three chickens who were attacked by a pit bull today. Two have passed and one doesn't seem to have been harmed. She has a tendency to pass out under scary conditions but I found her in the corner of the coop wide awake but not moving. She isn't walking normally and seems to be in shock. How do I care for her? How long will shock last for her?

Sorry about the dog attack. Place her in a basket or dog crate with food and water close by. She needs a quiet and dimly lighted place. Make sure that she is warm. Look her voer for any wounds. In the morning, let us know how she is doing. She could have internal injuries, or perhaps she just injured a leg.

So, just a quick heads up. I've seen you post several different threads about the same issue in the past hour. This makes it very difficult for people to help as everyone gets split up on different threads trying to answer questions.

If you can stick to one main thread and talk about the attack/any questions there that would get you more answers and help immensely. Best of luck with everything!
