Help! how do i treat leg mite my 3 silkies have them and i really want to get rid of them how do i?? what do i need to soke them in to peal them off????

I wash/soak in dawn dish soap and warm water. Then apply vaseline or mineral oil to smother the lice - I reapply twice a week, until I see that they are gone.
