Hello, good afternoon one of my younger hen seems to have scaly mites. She is the only chicken in the flock I noticed that has scaly mites on her legs. How do I treat it? Should I treat all my chickens?

Treatment for scaly leg mites is usually a coat of vaseline on the legs every couple days to suffocate the mites until the old scales fall off and the new healthy ones come in (it can take weeks and weeks). Some bad cases benefit from ivermectin. With scaly mites I only treat chickens that are affected.
