how do you arrange eggs in the incubator

I am only incubating 8 eggs and my incubator holds about 40. Shouls i place then all close to each other or should i give them space. Also, i have been reading about humidity levels needing to be around 60% for the last few days. The highest i have gotten was 45%. Any tips on how to reach higher levels...this is my first time. Im using a little giant still air with auto egg turner.any suggestions would be appreciated! !

Iv 6 in a 48 incubator. Ive 3 on middle row on one side and 3 on opposit side same position.
Not sure if it matters tho. First time for me on day 15 but read sponges help with higher humidity.

Well...at 2 weeks along now and after candling them, all but one are developing!!!!

Thats great! Mine hatched a week ago. 5 out of 7. The other two were dead in shell.
