How do you clean your coop/run?

I'm brand new to chicken life. I can close my coop off from the run. They've been in there for a month now. I would like to deep clean the coop. Any suggestions? Soap and water or can I spray it down with bleach and rinse it out?
No reason to use soap and/or water and/or bleach.....unless you've got some terrible infestation of pestilence or disease.
What is your coop floor made of?
Best to keep the coop as dry as possible.

I have a wooden floor in my coop covered with a single sheet of heavy vinyl floor covering so use bagged pine shavings and only completely change it out once or twice a year.
If my coop was on the ground, I'd go with Deep Litter of sorts.

Hi I have 6 bantams which live in a static coop and run connected, their run is earth, underneath the coop its dry and I have a roof to put on the extension runs when it rains, when its wet I put chippings on the floor to stop their feet getting to muddy, Each day I pick up any poop in the runs then rake the soil once a week and compost the debris. Is there anything else I can do to prevent parasite build up and disease.
