How do you cure fowl pox in a flock?

My flock has had the dry version of fowl pox for about a month now, and I am wondering if there is a way I can help them get over it. They have black spots on their combs, wattles, and earlobes. I have been feeding them regular layer pellets, some apple cider vinegar in their water, and cleaning the coop regularly. What else can I do to help them? Thanks!

Since it is a virus, it has to run its course. Vitamin supplementation and perhaps a high protein diet should help. Eventually your flock will cure.
