How do you downsize a pic to be an avatar??!!??

Hello I'm the lone rhubarb and I love chickins!! I have 17 right now (including 1 rooster named bud)!!
Hey does anyone know how to get an avatar that will fit, none of my pics that I took at my house will
be allowed to down load???

Try this site...You can upload your pic and make it whatever size you want. Here on BYC the avatar has to be 100 BY 100.

Also they have an avatar creator on this site.
