How do you feed your day 1 poults?

Hello. I try to figure what`s best for my new born poults to boost theyr growth and get a better results with carcas weight, etc. Beeing an apiarist also gave me and advantage bcs of my knowledge of bee products(and the range of use). This year for first time (after some web research https://www.researchgate.net/publication/318112691_The_effect_of_bee_pollen_in_chicken_diet ) i started to use bee pollen (hawthorn fresh pollen) and bee propolis wich i mix it in the water wich poultry drink. I see some difference, poults are more active from the first day, getting a lower mortality. Also for the first month i use to feed them with a good quality poultry food, than i switch to my own prepared food for economic reasons.

I give mine a daily dose of scrambled eggs, seems to boost growth, and makes them feather out faster.
