How do you find the average temperature on the accurite therm

I just started my coolerbator back up and can't remember how to calculate the average temp on my accurite thermometer for a coolerbator with fan.

The temperature is easy. The thermometer without a wick reads it. Humidity is read on the hygrometer which has a wick. The hygrometer should read 86 degrees until the last three days when it should read about 89. You don't really need to know what the percent relative humidity is.
