How do you get 14 week old pullets to like you?

Everytime i buy older chickens that are scared of people i just give them time. They usually start to calm down after a few weeks.

OK, one week after complaining about the behavior of my girls my black sexlink gave us this perfect egg! They are all starting to sit in the nests now. 18 weeks old. Whoooooo HOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!
