How do you get an EE? This is my EE, what kind of Mix would she be or is she a mix at all?

If I remember correctly. Easter Eggers are a mix between iether Araucana or Ameraucana roo, over another breed of hen. I might have that backwards, but I think "please correct me if I'm wrong." that is how Easter eggers are created. And yes your hen does look to be an Easter egger. very pretty.

what i heard was that they are made when aracauna or ameracaunas breed with other aracauna or ameracaunas without the same variety. thats what i heard.
