How do you give your chicks apples? (5 week old chicks)

Mine go crazy over raisins, watermelon and cottage cheese

I am going to try oatmeal this weekend. Oh! and they LOVE cheese pizza (left over from the night before) for breakfast!!

Back to the point though...I haven't tried apples, but I will this weekend too!

I five my chickens the apple cores. I also give them cantaloupe seeds, watermelon, raisins, dried parrot food (tons of good dried fruit and nuts), mealworms, Ramen noodles (fun to watch) and strawberry tops.

I cut mine up....they also LOVE grapes, pumpkin, watermelon, squash...almost anything!

Mine go nuts for Blueberries..I am going broke

It's like crack I guess... I buy 2 big containers and freeze them..and grab portions and give them out..plus they are cold and in the hot weather it's cooling.
