How do you Integrate different age groups of chickens?

I am the one that has three different age groups living in a camper to keep them safe from our main flock of chickens. It seems that none of the groups tolerate each other. Presently they are all safe in their respective areas because they can't interact. How do I go about integrating them without too much bloodshed - I was thinking I would keep them apart until they are all about the same size. What do you guys think? Can I do it before?

If you can, make someplace to keep them that the groups are separated with wire. That way, they will see each other and get used to one another. I hope you figure it out!
