How Do You Introduce a Tom to a flock of three hens?

I think that I may have found a Tom for my Royal Palm Hens, so how do I introduce him? I do keep my turkeys and chickens together and have had no problem. I have a separate pen that I can put him into for awhile. How long would I have to do that for before I can just let him into the flock?

To make sure he is healthy a minimum of 2 weeks is ok. I think 4 weeks is the best option to make sure he is totally healthy.
