How do you keep fertile eggs for someone to hatch?

I met a lady who would like some of my fertile eggs. Razzmatazz my roo is good at making sure all the eggs are fertile. Anyway. What do I do when I collect them? Normally I put eggs in the fridge because we eat our eggs but I have never tried to hatch any and I need some advice.

Put eggs in a carton in the house so they don't freeze. Whipe off any excess poo. Pointed end down.

A search should turn up plenty of info, but in case you didn't find anything put them in an egg carton, pointed end down and tilt them three times a day. I think they should be at or a little below room temp and around 50-60%humidity. They should keep like this for a week with development declining after that.

They need to be kept between 55-65 degrees, and kept in a pulp carton, fat end up.

I put mine in a huge cooler in my basement, and if it gets near 65, I put a small ziploc bag of ice in the cooler. Keep the cooler shut - it'll keep moisture loss to a minimum. They should be turned 45 degrees each day (the entire carton - just prop one side up and then the other).

Put in your coolest room, and if you have an incubator's egg turner, putting the turner on a table or other flat surface, plugging it in and using it to keep the eggs turned makes the world go around a lot faster.

Thanks, So as I collect the eggs for this lady I will keep them in an egg crate pointy end down and rotate the box 45 degrees 3x per day until I can get them to her.
And keep them in a temp between 55-65 degrees. Got it!

What I did was keep all mine in a small cooler in the basement in a carton of course. In the bottom of the Styrofoam cooler I put an ice pack...it was at 50-55 degrees at all times

Perfect for storing soon to sell eggs

The ppl who bought my eggs got GREAT hatch rates too

Change that ice pack every morning if you are saving them for longer than a day. Eggs should not be over 7-10 days old at time of incubation. The earlier the better of course
