how do you know? and temp questions

I didnt mean the bag type I am using the glad lock snack size containers. it is full of water. I have one out in the incubator to tell me the air outside and I also have on probe stuck in that conainter so if the two are equal temps them the eggs should stay equally warm!! silly thinking maybe but we will see I just set three chick eggs and 1 quail egg. I know miss quail will likely be all alone for a while but I hope that it will be ok!
