How do you know if it's lemon (ig)?

Can you recommend an article or thread on the genetics of light blue as compared to the more traditional darker/laced Andalusian blue? And how one can differentiate these light blues from lavender? It seems all the information I've seen about differentiating blue and lavender are addressing a darker blue.

Correct. now keep in mind that sinse those are project birds(dont know if they started with gold birchen and just added blue, or they are a mix of buff and blue) they may carry dominant dilute from their buff parents..(the roosters hackles look very diluted)

Do you know what breeds truly have the ig/ig gene? Also what breeders would you suggest? I've considered making white laced lemon birds and I've seen plenty of buff laced and I do know of black laced lemon seabrite's.
