How do you like your beans?

stir fry in olive oil, add fresh garlic to oil at the end, let it just get light brown, mix, salt and pepper to taste. Eat crispy if small, cook longer if large and tough. My pole beans are still producing after a May start, and Im not tired of them yet!

put a little green olive oil in a heavy iron skillet, get it really hot, and roll them around at a really high temp, add a little coarse kosher salt and a little sesame seed and fresh cracked peper - some raw garlic and parmesan cheese ain't too bad neither.

Or boiled, and mixed with little new potatoes, tuna fish, hard boiled eggs, escarole, and a little olive oil and vinegar.
