How do you like your beans?

We just made pickled beans, but there in a mustard pickling type sause.

Steamed, spritzed with spray butter, a dash of garlic salt and parmesan cheese please. BTW-what time do i need to be there for dinner?

I put potatoes and bacon in with them. Then season them with pepper, salt, and a little bacon grease. Boil them until they're kind of like a mash and enjoy.

I like them almost any way....braised with onion and potatoes and sometimes kielbasa, steamed, flash fried with bacon and onion, simmered slowly with hamhocks or bacon and garlic and onion, pickled, just plain...love greenbeans!

It is really good. Chunked kielbasa browned with onions then braised in the same pan with the beans and potatoes.

Nice you have a local market that has good stuff!
