how do you make a chicken-proof fence?-measurements

What is the minimum height and maximum space between the slats for a fence if you don't want your chickens to get past it?

Well... My run is 7' high and they can not jump it.. No roof.. Depends on the size of your birds though.. 6' is a good size for larger birds such as sex links and rocks. For slats, I'd think no more than 4" space between, but 3 sounds better to me.
