How do you make moving emojis?

It helped me a little but I have the app so how can I do it on the app?

OK, so I think the way you can post moving emojis on an app is by memorizing the code. I'm gonna post the code like this : example but when you go to make the actual emoji, you post it like this :example. Make sense?

That's all I remember, you just have to memorize the code name.
