How do you say "d Uccle"?

I went on a google search and this is what I found:

First, I googled 'Uccle' and got this: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Uccle. In the 19th and 20th Century part it says something about Michel van Gelder and a new breed of chicken, the d'Uccle, named after the town.

Then I googled 'village of uccle pronunciation' and got this: http://www.answers.com/topic/uccle?cat=travel.

At the top of the page there's a little speaker symbol. If you click on it you can hear it spoken.

Sounds to me like.... ookluh, so I guess the chicken is d'ookluh?

The town is in Belgium, so not necessarily uber-French in pronunciation terms.

I have always heard it pronounced (and pronounced it myself) as doo-kle. Doo as in "moo".

Dew'-kluh, is what I heard. I suppose it IS Belgian, so should be pronounced as the would there, which is supposedly 60% Dutch.
