Ok,tomorrow is the day I get goslings.About two or four depending on the price (also the breed I would suppose.)They will live a nice, healthy life. They will live in a metal tub (The ones at local feedstores),and will have fresh water, and access to a baby cake chicken treat (Meant for chicks and gamebirds),they also will have diom flour (Kills fleas, mites, lice, and any other bad parasites, also will have hay.)

The main question is,how do sex goslings?

baby cakes are a treat and not meant to be a diet for goslings. they will need either chick starter or water fowl starter. and you'll need to get brewers yeast to sprinkle on their feed if you can only get chick starter because it doesn't have enough niacin [B3] that water fowl need to have healthy legs and no neurological problems 1 tab to 1 cup of feed for at least 10 week from the day you bring them home. They will not have parasites so no need to use DE plus they could get respiratory problems from the dust. I'll get you the link to caring for goslings. Please post pics when you get them home would love to see them. Don't forget they will need supplemental heat for a while too. a good thermometer is a must. https://www.backyardchickens.com/a/raising-and-caring-for-goslings
The only way to sex goslings is to vent sex and they can be injured if you don't know what your doing. Embden gosling can be sexed by color dark grey over yellow= female light grey over yellow =male

Can babby ducsk ahve baby cake?
It's okay for a snack I set out flock cakes during the winter for all my flock of chickens ducks and geese to nibble on, but it shouldn't be used as a sole diet. they need a complete feed especially important when young because they are growing so fast. So yes goslings and duckling and chickens can have the baby cakes as a treat but get them a complete feed to get them going on a healthy life.
