Lots of good advice in the link from pdsavage, I would agree with most of it.

We get our shipping boxes from Horizon, we were a distributor, but now send customers/ orders directly to them. Here is a link to there website:

THere are 4 sizes of boxes to choose from:

Single
Economy
Omni
Large

The 3 larger boxes can be divided, OR you can tape boxes together.

We have taped 2 economy boxes together OR 2 or 3 or 4 ---- Single boxes together.

4 single boxes taped together equals the same lenght as one of the Large boxes.
