How do you start a compost pile??

So true. I never add dog poo or cat poo and no branches just leaves from my own trees which i know are healthy. The compost we just got rid of so we could start a new one was really great stuff, the guy who took it was using it to add to his own to enrich it. What was left we added to our gardens and will till it in next spring
