How do you take care of Turken chickens?

I have never owned Turkens before. Is there anything special I need to do to take care of them? My son got 2 chicks. Any ideas would help.

I have three 3 month olds. One in hospital due to bad bite on the neck. Any advice? Do I need to keep them away from certain breeds? A silver laced polish cockeral did the damage.
