How do you tell if your chicks are full size, or bantams?

I have 17 chicks, not sure on the age I think the older ones are 3-4 weeks old and the smaller 2-3 weeks old. The older seem to be getting pretty feathered, but have not grown much in size. They are still small to me (Just a bit bigger then my hand) But I have never had chicken before so I just don't know. They are from the LFS and are various breeds from one EE, 2 Leghorns, 3 SLW, 2 GLW, and 11 BO. And they are seem small.

Is it just me? Or do they stay small for awhile?

My standard size 3-4 week chicks bodies were about the size of a baseball or small coffee cup or so. Hope that helps
