how do you treat bumblefoot?

I have a two year old Aracuana that appears to have bumblefoot on both of her feet, she's really flighty so I have no idea how long she has had it since I only caught her this morning to return her to her pen. I've never had to treat bumblefoot before and I would love some advice on how to treat it. I know what bumblefoot looks like because I've seen it before in a friends bird but I don't know what to do, any help would be greatly appreciated
