How do you upload a photo when answering a message??

I received a Private message & hit "reply". I find no "task bar" any longer to add photoes, change fonts, increase or decrease size of type, etc. Please advise. Thank you.

Have you tried refreshing the page? What browser are you using?

I'm using Avant. This is the first time this has happened. I have answered many Private Messages & included pics. The task bar is just "no longer" there. Refreshing the page doesn't work. Thanks anyway

Have you also tried logging out then back in? Have you cleared your Cache recently?
