How does Mycoplasma spread?

Thank you all so much :) I think you are right, I will cull sometime after this egg laying period. I dont want to I really really dont. I feel guilty, having to kill birds that were a gift, that my uncle hatched out himself from his own birds and raised but I have to do what is nessacary for me to keep the rest of my flock safe. And Im sick of having to worry about food containers touching or my shoes and stuff. Its a pain in the butt.

Oxine is wonderful and I would have advised it, however, after personally talking to the scientist at the company, they have never tested it on Mycoplasmosis, so they cannot say it kills the germ. I'd say it does since it kills everything it has ever been tested on, but of course, the company cannot say it if it hasn't been tested.

It will not fix the carrier status of any bird who is a Mycoplasmosis/CRD survivor, of course, but should kill all the germs in the coop, etc.

I got a turkey tom which i think it has mygoplasma according to symtoms So what i did i take terramycin mix it with cosumix plus(south african product) it contains with Sulphachlorpyridazine sodium (sulphonamide) and trimethoprim(diaminopyrmadine) mixed with a multi vitamine containing all the vitamines and I must say my Tom is getting better bove eyes wore swollen and one eye is been healed and the other one still a little bit swollen with a little bit of mucus. According to this progress I think it will be complete healed by Friday.I also detox my whole flock with this combination. If you google oxine with wikipedia they say it works for MG

You will have to have a closed flock if MG. Selling eggs, chicks, or grown birds without letting the buyer know would be unthinkable.

They have this saying when it comes to CRD: All in, all out.

I wanted to get my chickens tested but it was really expensive and theyve all been sneezing, one almost constantly, bubbles in the eye, wheezing, opening her beak to breather, that one was the worst, the others were just sneezing and a little wheezy. They were all culled apart from3 who I only occasionally sneeze. So, while they don't have obvious symptoms, they will be carries for life now. I was sold a chicken who had this without being told and it spred to my whole flock which is how I got it, I am now trying to tell everyone I can so nobody buys from him and suffers how I did but nobody wants to listen. He sells on so many sites, has his own site, has advertisments in newspapers it makes me so angry to see them!! I just want to break his face!! If not for him and his sick chicken, I wouldnt have had to cull my favorite chicken. Im so angry he would do this just to make some money from me. These were my first chickens ever I bought. So far, chickens have not been a good experience for me, its been one problem after another after another
