How does one get permission to post in sales and wanted section?

Was going to try to post a 'wanted' post but it says I am unable to do so.
Is there a process for being able to?

You should be able to have one open ad at a time, and I don't see that you have any.

You could try looking over the instructions at the beginning of the BST forum. If that doesn't help, you could post here exactly what steps you are taking and what error messages you are getting, if any, plus your browser and OS. You could try emptying your cache, logging out and back in, rebooting, etc. If you are using IE, you could try Firefox or Chrome.
