How does room temperature and humidity affect fertile eggs?

I am currently looking to try incubating some of my hens fertile eggs to see if any will hatch and am wondering how room temp and humidty levels affect fertile eggs prior to incubation? I know ideal storage temps are around 55-70° range for 7-10 days but what happens to them if they are stored in room temps above 70°? Are they no longer any good for incubation if they start to develop?

They are still good. Just like storing an egg for consumption. The higher temperatures will shorten the viable storage time. Myself, even with ideal storage conditions. I try not to incubate any eggs, older than five days. He
