how does your other half introduce you

Hub introduces me as his "the wife" so you can imagine the akward hi johns wife I get a walmart, price chopper, when i run into his coworkers and hes not with me. usually when they ask me where he is I say at work its his employment that gives me shopping pleasure.

I am "the wife" or "my wife" he rarely says my name. I have an unusual name and most people mess it up anyway.

When he remembers to introduce me, it's "This is my wife, Debi" We went to his nephews wedding last night and he assumed I already knew everyone. NOT!

Usually, "this is myname" or, "this is my sweetheart, myname". Most people don't know we are married, but they always seem to find out at any job, so then it is, "this is my wife, myname". I introduce him in much the same way.

I am 19 years younger than hubbo, and he usually introduces me as his granddaughter, or dollface. Sometimes I'm Debbie, which is my real name.
