How far along?

I just bought 12 hatchingn eggs on monday and I candeled them and this was the only one that seemed the farthest along and the others are exactly two days today but how far along is this one? And will my hen stay sitting on the eggs if this one hatches first?

It looks like it's 2-3 days old the blood vessels are starting to form, it shouldn't be a problem the other eggs should develop at the same rate but if it hatches a day before the others the hen should keep laying on them we've had chicks hatch out over a period of 2 days and the hen still sits on them. hope this helps!
