How far from the wall are your roosts and how wide is your poop board

I purchased boot trays that are 14 1/2 inches wide. I'm hoping to center them under the roost and catch all the droppings. Am I dreaming? I will have birds facing both directions I imagine.

Oh yea Gale65 ,,,forgot to say that i have my roosts about 6" above the poop boards. I use a small hoe to scrape the poop off the boards, the hoe I just made from wood and it will fit between the poop board and roost so i can scrape into a dust pan.
I keep my large waterer under the poop board sitting on two cement blocks in one corner, in the other corner I have a flock block.
I have about 20 ft of roost but they only use the roosts by the windows. the other side of the roosts have never been used..they all like to look out the big windows.

My roost poles are 54 inches long and 2 1/2 to 3 inches in diameter. I started out with 1 1/2 to 2 inche and that just did not look comfortable to me. The top one is 10 inches off the wall and they are 12 inches on center down the mount boards. Everybody went up there last night and didn't fuss one bit. They did before. I use young poplar trees and strip the bark off.
